Eligibility

The *DentalXP XPerts of Tomorrow Contest* ("Contest") is open to legal residents of any country, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and who have a professional or academic interest in dentistry. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of DentalXP or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.  

Contest Period

The Contest begins on 12/01/25 and ends on January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST ("Contest Period"). All entries must be received by the deadline.

Finalists & Prizes

• Finalists: Three finalists will receive free admission to the DentalXP Global Symposium, taking place in 2026.
• Grand Prize Winner: One (1) winner, selected from the finalists, will be invited to present on the main podium during the Global Symposium on April 18, 2026. The winner will also receive up to three (3) nights of hotel accommodation, as determined by DentalXP.  
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Participation Obligations

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Entrants also grant DentalXP the right to use their submitted videos for promotional purposes related to the Contest or Global Symposium without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Notification of Winners

Finalists and the Grand Prize Winner will be notified by email or phone by January 31st. If a finalist or winner does not respond within ten days an alternate finalist/winner may be selected.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a video presentation related to dental topics through the designated submission platform by January 31, 2026. Only one entry per person is allowed. The video must be the original work of the entrant and no longer than 1 hour. By entering, participants confirm their acceptance of these Official Rules.

Judging

A panel of qualified judges, selected by DentalXP, will evaluate entries based on the following criteria:

• Content quality and relevance to the field of dentistry
• Presentation skills
• Innovation and originality

Three finalists will be chosen from the entries. The decision of the judges is final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.  

Liability

DentalXP, its affiliates, and agents are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention that may affect the operation of the Contest or the selection of winners. DentalXP reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest if it cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond its control.  

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used in accordance with DentalXP’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, USA.
